​How much do your services cost?​

Nothing! When you book your vacation with us, there are absolutely no fees for our services.  

 

Can you save me money?

Often times, yes!  Once Upon a Vacation travel advisors know the ins and outs of putting together a vacation package that meets your every expectation but doesn't include those additional options that you don't want or need.  We stay on top of promotions and discounts and even "mouse sit" your reservation to apply any discounts that become available even after you book. Some suppliers do offer exclusive "perks" for our clients. 



Will I still get all the Disney perks on my Disney vacation?

​Absolutely! You will receive all applicable Disney "perks" such as Disney's Magical Express,  Extra Magic Hours, and complimentary transportation to and from the parks if you are staying on property.  You will also receive additional perks from Once Upon a Vacation including your custom itinerary, transportation tips, and often fun promotional items as a thank you gift.



What about destinations beyond Disney?

We recognize there is a big world out there and we are happy to assist you with all the destinations on your bucket list. Talk to your Once Upon a Vacation Travel Advisor for details.

I've already booked my vacation. Can you still help me?

​Possibly.  If you are in the beginning stages of planning we may be able to transfer* your vacation booking to Once Upon a Vacation and then help you with the details of your magical vacation.  Please note, as a professional courtesy, we do not take over reservations that were booked with another travel agency.
